Keepsake exists for the second kind — the ornament that comes out of the box every December, the blanket that ends up on the back of the couch and gets argued over on movie night, the necklace someone still wears years later. Objects that earn their place by carrying something that was hard to say out loud.
What we make
Candles, blankets, ornaments, mugs, tumblers and engraved jewelry — each one printed or engraved with a name, a date, or a line meant for one particular person. Most of our pieces arrive with a message card already printed, so you are not standing in a shop trying to find the words on a blank piece of cardstock. We have tried to write them the way you would actually say it.
How it is made
Nothing here sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. When you order, the piece is made — printed in Arizona, engraved and assembled in the United States, then shipped straight to you or to the person you are sending it to. That takes a few days longer than something pulled off a shelf, and it is the whole point.
What we promise
We are a small business and we are not going to make claims we cannot keep. So here is the whole of it:
You send us the words. We make it with care. If it arrives wrong, we make it again.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered — tell us within 30 days and we remake it or refund it, your choice. No arguing, no restocking fee, usually no return shipping. The details are in our Refund Policy, written in plain English.
Who we are
Keepsake Personal Gifts is a family-run business based in Bluebell, Utah. It is genuinely small — when you send us a message, one of us reads it and one of us answers it.
